What the two sites say
User counts, awards and review quotes on their pages are not repeated here.
| ScaffYard | SMART Manager | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | £39.99, £99.99 and £199.99 a month, published on this site. Nothing is added at checkout on the website. | No price on the pages checked. Their FAQ says the cost depends on what you need, and that sales will build a package. |
| What is included | Quotes, the team on their phones, hire, inspections, handovers and invoices, on the plan you choose. | Their products page says Standard includes the SMART Manager web app, SMART Inspector and SMART Handover. Advanced adds SMART Variations. |
| Trial | 30 days on the website, no card to start, and no call to book. | Their FAQ says they offer free trials, and that they prefer to speak to you before setting one up. |
| Quoting | A quote at your own rates, and a free take-off that needs no account and does not price the job. | Their Manager page says it connects to SMART Estimator, so a won tender can become a live site. Estimator's price was not on the pages checked. |
| How you buy it | A monthly subscription. It renews until you cancel. | Their FAQ says they do not sell a one-off perpetual licence. It is a subscription. |
What this page leaves out
SMART Manager's own pages describe inspections, handovers, off hire and variations. Those words are theirs. This page does not grade them, and it does not claim ScaffYard does something it cannot see on their site.
ScaffYard does not design a scaffold and does not write RAMS.
