What you are paying for

Big Yard is £199.99 a month. As many people on Your team as you like. 5 office logins, the profit on every job and a reply from us the same working day, Monday to Friday. You, the account holder, are not counted.
Every plan covers the jobs, the quotes, the invoices and the customers. There is no meter on top for another job.
Open a yard and use the desk for 30 days with no card. A card is taken when you subscribe. Any free days you still have are kept, so subscribing on day three does not throw the rest of the month away.
Monthly, and it renews until you cancel. The account holder is not counted in the people on Your team. Ten people on the team fill Small Yard, and the eleventh is the point the yard is asked about Yard. Twenty-five fill Yard.
For those free days the whole desk is open, including job profit, so you can see what the larger plan does. The plan you pay for is the one you choose.
What this is not
- Not a scaffold design, and not a survey. The kit list is a take-off from the measure you type, and the quote says so.
- It does not write your RAMS. You write the method and the controls, and you sign it.
- No payment claims and no QS valuations. You do the work and you invoice it.
What the desk covers
Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 30 free days start when you open the yard, with no card. A card is taken when you subscribe.
Is VAT added on top?
No VAT is added at checkout on the website. The figure on the plan is the figure you pay there. The website invoice does not collect a VAT line.
Who counts towards the limit?
Everyone on Your team who has not left: gang, supervisor or labourer. The account holder is not counted. Nothing is refused for headcount. The yard is told when the next plan would fit, and it decides.
What does Big Yard add?
As many people on the team as you like, five office logins, the profit on every job, and a reply from us the same working day, Monday to Friday. Small Yard has no office login. Yard has one.
