The desk
The desk a scaffolding firm runs on
Quote the job and send it. When the customer says yes, the card goes out to your team. They sign in on their own phone, put it up and tick it erected. You confirm it is up and inspected, invoice the quote under your name, and get paid. The hire runs to the weeks you agreed, and the desk warns you a week before they run out. When it is dismantled you confirm that too. It keeps the records you get asked for, and works out the kit list from the measure as well.
The records are the inspections, the handover certificates, your team’s tickets, the fleet and the accident book.
Quotes, invoices and certificates carry your company only. The customer never sees ScaffYard or Bond Labs Limited on the sheet.
Figures are a desk quote from the measure you type. They are not a site visit and not a survey.
