What the desk keeps
- People. Every ticket with its expiry, listed before it runs out, with links to CSCS Smart Check and the NOCN Card Checker. Who was in each day, and their hours, agreed by you.
- Kit. The stock take: what is out, and on which site. Lorry load lists with the weight against the lorry's payload.
- Vehicles and harnesses. MOT, road tax, insurance, service, tachograph and LOLER dates, before they run out. The driver's walkaround from their phone. The harness register and its inspections.
- When it goes wrong. The accident book and near misses, reported from a phone.
The team never sees the yard's money
A person on the team gets their own day: today's and tomorrow's jobs, the address, the RAMS, what to load, their own card and their hours. Not a price, not anyone else's details.
You add them on Your team and the desk gives you a code. They open scaffyard.com on their phone, add it to the home screen, tap that they work for a company and type the code. A code works once. Once they are in, they stay signed in until you switch them off.

The price on this page is the price on the website. Nothing is added at checkout.
Open a yard and use the desk for 30 days with no card. A card is taken when you subscribe. Any free days you still have are kept, so subscribing on day three does not throw the rest of the month away.

Do I need a card to start?
No. The 30 free days start when you open the yard, with no card. A card is taken when you subscribe.
Does everyone at the yard need their own subscription?
No. The price is for the yard. Small Yard covers up to 10 people on Your team, Yard up to 25, and Big Yard as many as you like. The account holder is not counted.
Is VAT added on top?
No VAT is added at checkout on the website. The figure on the plan is the figure you pay there. The website invoice does not collect a VAT line.
